Coming Soon per post/page or global is a plugin which provides coming soon and/or under construction functionality.
Step 1: From the notification for required plugins, please click on “Begin installing plugins”
Step 2: Move the mouse over “Coming Soon Plugin” and click on “Install”
Step 3: When the installation is done click on “Return to Required Plugins Installer”
Step 4: Again move the mouse over “Coming Soon Plugin” and click on “Activate”
