Our support system has two main features – to manage client tickets and to manage knowledge base.

Before you open a new ticket, please check our knowledge base for a solution. This simple step will help you to save time. More than 90% of all client tickets and the solutions are well described in our knowledge base system.


How to check the knowledge base in two steps:

Step 1: Go to knowledge base

Step 2: Select chapter and then topic which you want to be familiar with.

How to open a new support ticket:

Step 1: Go to Ticket System

Step 2: From the upper right corner click on “New support ticket”

Step 3: Please follow the instructions on the screen and click on “Submit”
